Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Cirquanta is built to be private by design. Your circuits are yours: they live on your device and, if you choose, sync through your own private iCloud. This policy explains what that means.

Who we are

Cirquanta is published by L'atelier du dev, the data controller for this app. This policy applies to the Cirquanta app for iPhone and iPad and to this website.

Data you create

The circuits, components, folders, favorites, and settings you create are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage. They are yours and remain fully usable offline.

We do not operate any server that receives or stores your circuits.

iCloud sync

If you enable iCloud, your projects sync between your own devices through your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit), tied to your Apple Account.

This data is stored in your personal iCloud space and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. The developer cannot read the contents of your private iCloud database.

No account, no tracking

Cirquanta does not require an account or a login. We do not collect your name, email, or contacts through the app.

The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not sell or share personal data.

Diagnostics

We do not run our own analytics. If you choose to share diagnostics and usage data with developers through iOS Settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized crash and performance reports. This is optional and controlled by you in your device settings.

Files you export

Exported .logiqo files are placed wherever you choose to save or share them. Once exported, their handling is under your control and subject to the privacy terms of any service you use to store or send them.

Children's privacy

Cirquanta is an educational tool that does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. No sign-up or personal data is required to use the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
